The highlight of the project was the Pangaea & Chaos, two of the hottest global nightclub brands frequented by A-listers, developed by the group led by “International King of Clubs” Michael Van Ault. The scope of work included architectural and MEPF. The construction of block works with STC 75 rating played an important role in maintaining the soundproofing of each room. The combination of wall papers, fabric finishes and special paint created the elegant look of the facility. On the side, the stylish banquettes, imported tiles, hammered metal cladding, metal x-braces, dancer cage, DJ booth, leather belt wall, signage, glass mirror, stainless steel glass railing and cracked glass completed the chaotic ambiance. The rare design of the geometric glass entrance gives the feeling that this is indeed a world-class nightclub.
