Black Construction was the prime subcontractor responsible for managing design and constructing a 13,498-square-foot gross area open-bay student barracks building, 2,200 square yards of asphalt parking lot, landscaping, hardscaping and related site improvements located at Northwest Field, Andersen AFB. The building was constructed of tilt-up concrete walls with metal joists, metal deck and concrete topping roof with building integrated photovoltaic system.
