A five floor contact center facility of Teletech for their client, TELSTRA, a leading communication provider of Australia. E.E. Black’s scope of work included painting works, wall and ceiling finishes, and rebranding; waterproofing works to kitchen; supply and installation of wood and steel doors, door hardware and accessories; joineries; and glass partitions and specialty ceiling grids on the 10th and 11th floors. The major challenge during construction was the restrictions on the noise of work as there were occupants on the upper and lower floors.
