The general contractor trade package for the fit-out of these offices in Net Quad included the supply and installation of the following: drywall and masonry partition system including finishes, ceiling systems, doors and glass partitions, joineries, specialty finishes, and plumbing works. Also included was the management of the nominated contractor, particularly the client-appointed MEPF contractor.
